01Fabric

Weight you can feel

A looped-back fleece is brushed on the inside for warmth and softness, then dyed and finished for stability.

A hoodie pattern with hood and pocket pieces laid out.

02Design & pattern

Hood, pocket, rib

The hood is patterned to frame the face and the pocket is placed for balance across every size.

Cut oatmeal fleece hoodie panels on a cutting table.

03Cutting

Heavier fabric, careful spreads

Thick fleece is spread in lower plies so every panel is cut cleanly and accurately.

04Construction

Built to take wear

Overlocked seams, coverstitched topstitching and bar tacks at the pocket corners where hoodies take strain.

05Finishing & QC

Eyelets, cord, inspection

Metal eyelets are set, the drawcord is threaded, and the garment is checked for measurements and finish.

The finished oatmeal hoodie folded with the drawcord visible.

06Finished

Substantial and soft

A hoodie with real weight and clean details, finished for your label.
