01Fabric

Dense, smooth jersey

Combed cotton is knitted into a compact single jersey, then dyed deep indigo and compacted to control shrinkage.

02Design & pattern

A pattern built for the fit

The block is graded across sizes and the marker is planned on the fabric width before a single panel is cut.

Cut indigo T-shirt panels stacked on a cutting table.

03Cutting

Front, back, sleeves, rib

Layers of jersey are spread flat and cut to the pattern, keeping the grain straight so the tee hangs true.

Close-up of a rib neckline being coverstitched.

04Construction

The neckline is the tell

Rib is attached under even tension and coverstitched, so the collar lies flat and keeps its shape wash after wash.

05Finishing & QC

Measured, not guessed

Chest, length and sleeve are checked against the size spec, and seams and neck rib are inspected by hand.
